When did your last cancellation get 597 YouTube views?
The Facebook post was one of their top 3 ever for organic reach. It got 68 click throughs from the newsletter (people are reading your stuff – lurkers!).
I loved this quote from April Brooks Bragg, “we are always looking for new ways to engage our members (and the community) in what we’re doing…”.
I think that is the key. Being creative breaks through the clutter.
People crave entertainment and a laugh.
