How To Guarantee Your Chamber’s Next Post Will Be A Success

Are you ever stumped on what to post to social media?

An almost guaranteed successful post is one that recognizes and thanks someone for their service to the community.

You can share a story that you heard at a networking event, something you observed yourself, or a news item you came across.

If you still can’t find somebody to recognize and thank, ask your local sheriff or fire/police chief. They know who the recent local heroes are.

Check out this thank you post from the Gilroy Chamber.

135 likes, 9 comments, and 2 shares for a text only post. These work!

Tip: People do so much for the community. They clear snow, they fix power lines, they apprehend criminals, they save cats from trees, they plant gardens, and the list goes on and on. These servants and volunteers rarely receive the recognition they deserve. Use your social media platforms to tell a little bit about their story and to thank them for their service or good work.

Nice work Gilroy Chamber.
